Shoreline Adult Education GED® Test Preparation & Official GED® Testing Site 

You can prepare to take the GED® Test through our free classes. While attending classes, you will learn about the academic skills required for the new test. Counseling services are available to provide you with academic advising.

Classes are of no cost to you, but you will be required to take an adult education pretest upon  

entrance and a post-test at the end of the course, and you may be asked for a refundable deposit for

GED® Preparation materials.  

If you are ready to earn your State of Connecticut High School Diploma through the GED® Test,

please call 203-488-5693 to register  and plan to attend any one of our classes listed below!

GED® Test eligibility:

 You may take our classes if you are at least 17 years of age and no longer enrolled in high school.

 If you are 17 or 18 years old, you must bring documentation that you have officially withdrawn

 from high school.  You may register to take the state test if you are 17 years of age and withdrawn from high school for 6 months.
