High School Credit Diploma Program

Earn a Branford Adult High School Diploma by completing Adult High School credits! You can transfer in previously earned credits and gain credits for employment or military experience. We offer multiple levels of classes in English, social studies, mathematics and science and we also offer online classes. Shoreline Adult Education uses direct instruction and Connecticut Virtual High School online classes to create a blended learning environment and to give students the opportunity to earn the credits needed to receive a high school diploma.

Free classes are available to adults, aged 17 years or older, who live or are employed in Branford, North Branford, Guilford or Clinton. Individuals outside of our four town region may register for our program for a small non-refundable fee* of $50.00 per semester/$75.00 per year if space in the classroom is available. *A small number of spots are available for residents of any town in our NEDP (National External Diploma Program) at no charge. Students must not currently enrolled in school and not have completed secondary education (high school) in the U.S. Additional eligibility and registration requirements apply for certain courses.
